PLACING ORDER
Submit your order by filling up the order form. Once the form is completed, you will receive a copy of what you submitted via email. This itself does not guarantee the reservation of the items you ordered. Availability of the items is only confirmed when we send you the invoice.
Upon receiving the invoice, kindly check that all information in the invoice are correct and proceed to make payment.
All orders are handled manually on a first come first served basis. Order forms are expected to be filled up with accurate and complete information to expedite the transaction. Priority will be given to those who have filled the form accurately, and completely.
Information required on the order form are for payment and shipping purposes. We will not attempt to contact you via the phone details you provided except for COD. Our transactions are conducted in black and white via email to avoid miscommunication or disputes.

RESERVATION
Reservation can only be made up to 3 days and the item is available for the next buyer after maximum period.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via cash deposit, bank transfer, or inter-bank transfer. If all information on the invoice is confirmed to be accurate, payment is expected to be completed within 3 business days.
We reserve the right to void your order after 3 business days if we do not receive any response from you after sending our invoice over.

Please notify by emailing us the date and time of transaction once payment has been made. The payment receipt should be attached together with the email or it can be sent through MMS Service.
DELIVERY METHOD
When you have completed payment and we have received your payment details, we will confirm your payment and proceed to ship your order within 3-7 business days. You will be notified once the order(s) has been shipped.
Shipping cost are quoted based on weight of package and destination. The cost is determined by our postal service and we will combine shipping whenever possible.

CANCELLATION
You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of submission. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can release the items to the next interested shopper. We expect our shoppers to be considerate and kind enough to let us know immediately if there has been a change of mind.
If you don't respond to our sent invoice, we will also consider that as a cancellation. So be sure to check your mails (including your spam and junk mails!) after putting your order.
CASH ON DELIVERY
COD is only available for orders of 3 items and above, within certain areas at the convenience of both parties. Delivery will usually be done at night if its on a weekday. If COD cannot be arranged within 3 business days of items reserved, full payment is to be remitted first.
Promotion/Sale items are not eligible for COD.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. Therefore, please double-check the sizes of the items you wish to purchase by referring to our sizing guide.All questions regarding the items you wish to purchase should be asked before placing the order.
